By accessing or using the Tutors Hub platform (tutors-hub-five.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Tutors Hub is operated by Tutors Hub, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

2. Services Provided

Tutors Hub is a consultancy platform that connects families and students with verified private tutors in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We facilitate:

• Tutor matchmaking based on curriculum, location, and budget
• Vacancy posting and management for tutoring opportunities
• Referral partner programs with commission-based earnings
• Study abroad advisory services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

4. Tutor Obligations

• Provide accurate credentials and qualifications
• Attend scheduled demo classes and tutoring sessions as agreed
• Maintain professional conduct with students and guardians
• Not engage directly with clients to bypass Tutors Hub consultancy fees

5. Guardian / Parent Obligations

• Provide accurate information about tutoring requirements
• Pay the agreed tutoring fees and consultancy charges
• Communicate any issues or schedule changes promptly

6. Payments & Fees

All monetary values on the platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Tutors Hub charges a one-time consultancy fee upon successful tutor placement. Payment methods include bKash and bank transfer. No online payment gateway is currently integrated — all transactions are processed manually.

7. Referral Program

Partners earn commissions for successful referrals. Commission rates are tiered based on the number of successful placements. Payouts are processed via bKash. Tutors Hub reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tutors Hub platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tutors Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tutors Hub acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of tutoring services. We are not liable for any disputes between tutors and guardians. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. You may also delete your account by contacting our support team.

11. Changes to Terms

Tutors Hub may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
